Jackson also had a sleepover for his birthday. It's definitely a good way to save money. But I'm so glad they are now both over and done with it. I'm purely exhausted after this last one. Nine 10- and 11-year olds.
Maybe because the boys went non-stop. They played basketball, pop-a-shot, & video games. They had root "beer" and got "drunk". They were loud and stinky (yes, I had to encourage a couple of them to start wearing deodarant). They played nerf guns for over 2 hours until I finally called it and sent them to the room over to get ready for wind down time. A lot of good that did. They stayed up til 3:30 (at least). Lights out and t.v. off and they still kept each other up.

AuthorMy name is Kaci. I am a working mom of 3. Wife to Josh. Mom to Jackson, Cameron & Isabella. My life is dinner, homework, baseball, basketball, grocery lists, laundry, middle school, wine, video games, and schedules. I started this blog because I love taking pictures, and I needed a place to document our life. I wanted a place to write it all down, to remember little details so easily forgotten in the mad rush that is the life of a family of 5. Through my photos and words, I endeavor to capture our story.
