Another week of snow, time off from work and kids out of school. We got 8-10 inches (more than last week). I have decided that snow is beautiful to look at, but I don't like it. Once is enough for me. I just couldn't stand the cold. And we weren't prepared. Looking back, I wish I had thought to make a warm crock pot meal and had picked up some hot chocolate from the grocery store (instead of ice cream). I wish our fireplace worked. The kids were out of school 3 days. Our basketball games were canceled - all week. Most of the time we stayed in our jammis. Funny how we always long for days like this, but when we finally get them, we feel like we are wasting our life away. I never feel that way about relaxing on the beach. {26/365}: This girl follows me wherever I go. Most of the time, she is sitting with me in the chair. This time she just pulled a chair up next to me. What can I say, she loves me. {27/365}: Sick baby. They called me to pick him up early from Kidzquest. {28/365}: Sick day. And the calm before the (snow) storm. Home today sick with the boys. We (well me & Jack) had a stomach bug. Cameron said his "belly hurt" but I think it must have been sympathy pains. As it turns out, the schools closed early in anticipation of Snow Storm Leon. {29/365}: This is about the only time she is quiet and I'm not worried that she's destroying something. {30/365}: Dinner at 3 Amigos. The boys wanted to climb the huge hills in the parking lot. Cameron was scared to death, and Jared says, "It's okay, Cameron, I got you". {31/365}: Bella stew, anyone? {32/365}: February 1. I've officially completed one month of my 365 project.
A peek inside Bella's purse. This girl cracks me up.

AuthorMy name is Kaci. I am a working mom of 3. Wife to Josh. Mom to Jackson, Cameron & Isabella. My life is dinner, homework, baseball, basketball, grocery lists, laundry, middle school, wine, video games, and schedules. I started this blog because I love taking pictures, and I needed a place to document our life. I wanted a place to write it all down, to remember little details so easily forgotten in the mad rush that is the life of a family of 5. Through my photos and words, I endeavor to capture our story.
